Product Description Olympus BH2 Research Microscope with Fluorescence (UV) Illumination System. This Olympus BH2 microscope is fitted with a trinocular head, fluorescence illumination attachment, and a BH2-UCD condenser. It is being sold as-is for parts or repair . The standard transmitted illumination does not power on . When powered, the microscope produces a humming noise , however the lamp does not illuminate. The UV fluorescence system has not been tested due to the lack of a suitable power supply. The trinocular head includes a side-mounted optical attachment/mirror assembly. This microscope represents an excellent restoration project or a valuable source of genuine Olympus BH2 fluorescence components.
