A rescued centrifuge finds a new home at Monash's Brain and Mental Health Institute

Another small win for the circular economy. A centrifuge collected from the University of Melbourne last week has now been rehomed within Monash University. It will be used at the Brain and Mental Health Institute to remove bubbles from the gel used with ultrasonic sensors that measure brain activity. Good research equipment should keep supporting research, not become waste.
